You can easily make Egg Noodles at home by using few basic ingredients.
Ingredients used:
- 1/4 cup and 3 teaspoon fresh noodles
- 3/4 egg
- 1/4 teaspoon ajinomoto
- 1/4 cup cabbage
- 1/4 cup bean
- 1/4 cup onion
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup carrot
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1/2 tablespoon sunflower oil
- 3/4 teaspoon ginger paste
- salt As required
- 1 and 3/4 green chilli
- 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce

How to Cook Egg Noodles?
Step 1: Boil your noodles. Once done, stir out the excess water and keep the noodles separate.
Step 2: Saute the vegies and cook the eggs. Add necessary spices like black pepper, ajinomoto, green chilli, garlic paste, ginger paste, and soy sauce to the vegetables and then cook them all together for a few minutes.
Step 3: Mix the cooked vegetables and the boiled pasta together and serve hot with some coriander garnishing!
