Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is the 6th installment in the Call of Duty series with the same plot.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 (often abbreviated to COD MW2 (or simply the MW2) can be described as an F.P.S. video game created in collaboration with Infinity Ward and published by Activision for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 as well as Windows P.C.
The game was launched on February 11, 2009, and then released to the world on November 10.
It came out simultaneously with two Call of Duty games: Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Mobilized. The Nintendo D.S. and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare: Reflex, released for Nintendo Wii. Nintendo Wii.

MW2 Sales
About 4.7 million copies of Modern Warfare 2 were sold worldwide within just the initial 24 hours after the game’s launch.
March 12, 2010, Activision declared that their game sold more than 14 million copies across the globe. This makes it the second-highest-selling game ever sold within the United Kingdom and the third-highest-selling game in America.
The revenue from the first day of retail sales across America and the U.K. totaled $310million (PS214 million), which resulted in Modern Warfare 2, the biggest entertainment launch ever!
After five days of the sale, the game has earned 550 million (PS379 million) worldwide. As of January 18, 2010, it had more than one billion sales.

DLC
Since its launch, it has been released two maps available as downloadable content. The first map pack was made available via Xbox Live on March 30, 2010, and the second one was released for PlayStation Network and P.C. on May 4, 2010.
It was referred to as”the “Stimulus Package,” which included five brand-new maps. Two were taken from Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare – these were Crash and Overgrown.
The three other maps were Storm, Bailout, and Salvage.
Within the first 24 hours after the game’s release, it had been downloaded more than a million times. One week of its release, it was downloaded 2.5 million times, surpassing Xbox Live Downloadable Content records.
Resurgence Package Resurgence Package was the 2nd map package for MW2. It was released to Xbox 360 on June 3, 2010, and also it was released on PS3 and P.C. in July 2010.
Also, the pack included five multiplayer maps, including Carnival, Trailer Park, and Fuel, including Strike and Vacant being transferred from Call of Duty 4.

In all, there are 174,636 possible combinations of emblems and titles.
The first column with available titles (the camouflaged ones) is not in order. S.S.D.D. should be arctic, and Sgt. should be woodland if they followed an identical unlocking pattern as weapons.
The Italian flag is reversed. The colors should be white, green, and red, not white, red, and green.
To be able to claim the title “Hard Target,” You don’t have to be jumping or falling to be on the wings of the airplane in Afghan or on the fence in front of all military vehicles during the Invasion.
The title “FNG” stands in the form of “F***ing new Guy” The SSDD title is “Same S**t Same S**t, Different Day.”
High on Knife
Finally, the day came, a CoD player named Robotic Willy uploaded an untrue online video on YouTube in which he explains how to unlock this Callsign “High at Knife.”
This Callsign was deactivated after getting killed by an adversary throwing a Knife at the highest range.
The video was extremely popular and convincing that people tried to access the title. The title was renamed to take the place that was “Reversal of Fortune” in the video:
Some people didn’t find it the same way as I did, however when people discovered that it was fake, it was not a pleasant reaction: “Wow, what a trash bag! This is just a piece of rubbish.
This isn’t even in the game, and the machine where you were “high in a knife” was actually the name of the game of “reversal in fortune “… Get a life, bro,” Gergzla.
