VEGAN BUTTERFINGER Nutrition Facts And INGREDIENTS
ButterFingers are full of ingredients, ????!! But vegan butterfingers are made only with four more healthy ingredients.
- Crispy Cereal Crispy Rice is my favorite cereal for no-bake treats. You can also use cheerios, wheat bran, and corn flakes. Puffed cereals should not be used as they can become soggy.
- This replaces the corn syrup. Maple syrup can be used, but it is less thick than rice syrup.
- Peanut Butter: All Natural, Yes.
- Chocolate: dark chocolate is easier to coat candy bars, but semi-sweet chocolate will work.

HOW TO MAKE VEGAN BUTTERFINGERS
These candy bars are easy to make. Simply put the cereal into a food processor. Blend the rice malt syrup, peanut butter, and salt. To retain more crunch, add the rest of the cereal. Freeze. Cut. Freeze. Finally, coat with chocolate.
HOW TO STORE HEALTHY BUTTERFINGERS
To preserve the crispy texture of these bars, I recommend freezing them for at least two weeks. However, they won’t last as long as I think.
These Vegan Butterfingers are a great option! These bars are very similar to the OG Butterfingers bars but without the added chemicals.
