TRUE False

People who follow Jesus
1 TRUE. We strive to adhere to the doctrines and conduct of Jesus Christ. (1 Peter 2:21) However, there are many ways we are different from other religious organizations referred to as Christian. For instance, we have discovered that the Bible affirms the belief that Jesus is the son of God and does not belong to a Trinity. (Mark 12:29) We do not think that the soul is immortal or the existence of any foundation in Scripture to say that God is a cruel God who tortures people to eternal hell. Nor do we believe that those who take the lead in religious activities should have titles that elevate them above others.–Ecclesiastes 9:5; Ezekiel 18:4; Matthew 23:8-10.

The world
2 FALSE. The Bible says that God created all things. However, we do not share the views of many people who believe in the creationist view. Why is that? Because many Creationists’ theories are inconsistent with the Bible. For instance, some claim that the creature’s six days were 24 hour days. However, the word “day” in the Bible can mean a substantial duration of time. (Genesis 2:14; Psalm 90:4) Then also, certain creationists believe they believe that earth’s age is several millennia old. But the Bible affirms that the earth and universe existed for a long time before the creation period of six days. 1–Genesis 1:1.

3 FALSE. We do accept medical treatment. Indeed we are doctors, like the first century Christian identified as Luke. (Colossians 4:14) But we do not support any procedure that violates Bible rules. For instance, we don’t accept blood transfusions because the Bible prohibits the use of blood.–Acts 15:20 28, 29.

We want the most effective medical care for our families and ourselves in all cases. The blood conservation procedures designed to aid Witness patients are now utilized to benefit everyone in the community. In several countries, anyone can now choose to stay clear of the risk of blood transfusions, like immune system reactions, bloodborne illnesses, and human error.

An open book
4 TRUE. The complete Scriptures are “inspired of God and beneficial.” (2 Timothy 3:16) This includes Scriptures from the Old Testament and the New Testament in the manner they are usually referred to. We refer to these portions from the Bible as the Hebrew Scriptures and the Christian Greek Scriptures. This way, we do not give the impression that certain parts of the Bible are obsolete or insignificant.
