It also contains 15 grams protein.

Yoplait also offers thicker plain Greek yogurt with similar nutrition to the nonfat plain variety. Yoplait plain yogurt contains milk as the main ingredient. However, each container also contains small amounts cornstarch, kosher gellatin, and pectin.

Even though kosher gellatin isn’t considered to be dangerous, vegans and vegetarians need to know that many kosher gellatins come from fish or animals.

Yoplait’s original 6-ounce strawberry banana yogurt contains 170 calories, 1.5g of fat, 33g of carbs, and 5g of protein according to its website. It also contains low-fat milk. The primary ingredients include sugar, strawberries and banana puree. Yoplait thick, creamy strawberry banana yogurt is also available in a 6-ounce package.

It has 180 calories and 2.5 grams of fat. 31 grams of carbs are included. 7 grams of protein is added. Its main ingredients include reduced-fat milk and sugar, as well as nonfat milk. However, it does not contain any real fruit. Instead, its fruitlike color is derived from carmine, a red pigment that comes from insects.
